Do I need an appointment?
You can book online or by phone at any of our clinics. For urgent, non-life-threatening issues, our Medicare Urgent Care Clinic in Goodna is walk-in — no appointment needed.
Do you bulk bill?
Yes. We offer bulk billing for eligible Medicare card holders for most standard consultations.
Are you accepting new patients?
Yes — our clinics welcome both new and existing patients across all five locations.
Do you have male and female GPs?
Yes, we have both male and female GPs available at our Goodna, Camira, and Kenmore locations. At Collingwood Park, we currently have male GPs, and at Sherwood, we have female GPs. All of our doctors are welcome to see patients of any gender.
What are your opening hours?
Clinic opening hours vary by location. Please contact your preferred clinic directly to confirm their trading hours.
Urgent care is open 7 AM to 10 PM on Weekdays and 8 AM to 10 PM on weekends.
